In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decree No. (M / 71) dated 08/08/1428, which includes the establishment and approval of the basic system of the National Unified Procurement Company of pharmaceutical, medical equipment and medical supplies (NUPCO) by providing unified procurement services to government health agencies, warehousing services, transportation and distribution (logistical support), and finalizing contracts with suppliers and customers; the company has launched this application (the NUPCO mobile application) for the purpose of practical use represented in the procurement and supply operations between NUPCO and government health agencies and any other beneficiaries, and the user’s entry is subject to this application (the government health agencies and their employees) I have the terms and conditions contained in this application, so we hope that you will read and read the terms and conditions, and your use of this application is your approval of what is stated in the terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between NUPCO and the health authorities and their representatives from the users of the application, and the user of the application acknowledges that he was informed and agreed and he is fully qualified legally and a system that denies ignorance of the terms and provisions.
Persons allowed by NUPCO shall not have the right to use this application to enable others to enter the application, and the person who is authorized to use the application undertakes to stop using the application once the entry expires or the use of it is no longer available. - The government health authority is obliged, in the event of any modification of its entity or its occurrence in the case of privatization or independence of some of its affiliated bodies, to obligate the new entity in writing to accept the obligations contained in these terms and conditions towards NUPCO.
Only persons approved by employees of government health agencies have the right to use this application. -
The user of the application undertakes to fully maintain the login data (user name and password) and acknowledges that he is fully responsible for any data or identifying information of their agency, and undertakes not to disclose it to others, and neither NUPCO nor the technical services provider related to the application bear any responsibility resulting from a breach of that.
The government health authority that uses the application undertakes that it is fully responsible for all dealings and obligations that arise from the use of the application by its affiliates, and all operations registered in the application are productive of their legal and legal effects and are authoritative in the face of any party.
By using the application, you undertake the following: (1) that all registration information is correct, accurate, current and complete (2) maintaining the accuracy of information and
continuous updating of registration data as needed (3) not using the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials, content, technologies and mechanisms of work that are provided in this application are owned by NUPCO and protected under the relevant regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Unless written approval is made by (NUPCO), it is forbidden to copy some or all of the application material, reproduce it, broadcast it, distribute it, adapt it, use it commercially, find any business based on it, or arrange any obligations or guarantees on them or copying software and application codes that belongs to tis app.
The user of the application is obligated to maintain the information and data that have been viewed through the application, and is bound to not disclose it to any third party without the written consent of NUPCO.
NUPCO has the right, upon its absolute discretion, to impose limits or restrictions on the use of the application, for security purposes, for technical reasons, for the purpose of maintenance, for legal reasons, or as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, or as a result of any operations that are not clear or threatening to the work of the application, NUPCO has the right to prevent or revoke the application’s users or some of them to the application’s services, at any time without any prior notice.
The user of the application acknowledges with his full knowledge that communications via the Internet may be subject to interference or objection by others, and therefore, access to this application remains within the users own responsibility, and NUPCO does not bear in any way any losses, damages or compensation resulting from the use of this application .
The user of the application may not use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which the application was established, and the application may not be used for any commercial purposes except for those that were approved in written format by NUPCO.

Device id for analytics
Location to detect user position for functionality only inside application
Email to validate user profile
These terms and conditions explain the legal relationship that arises between the governmental health entities and its affiliates with NUBCO, and any dispute that arises will be before the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These terms and conditions apply between NUBCO and the users, and no third party has the right to benefit from these terms and conditions.
The user of the application acknowledges that he has read and agreed to these terms and conditions and is committed to doing what is stated in it.
